Facilities and Costs

bookings@radbrookcc.org.uk , or Telephone 07527617670 on Tuesday or Thursday between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Costs for the main hall for events other than parties
Weekdays until 6pm £8 per hour
Evenings and weekends £12 per hour
The cost for the meeting room is £6 per hour with a minimum charge of £12 per booking.
The cost of Children’s Parties in the main hall will £60 plus £10 if you are having a bouncy castle
Suggested times for children’s parties are :-
Saturdays 10.00 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
or 2.00 p.m. -5.30 p.m.
Sundays 1.30 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
Suggested times for Evening parties 6.00p.m. – 10.30 p.m.
Anyone wanting to go beyond that time and will be selling alcohol must request permission from the trustees.
At the beginning of your booking the hall should be clear and clean.
At the end of your booking, you will be expected to clean the kitchen work surfaces and the tables and put them along with chairs into the store room.
Please supply your own Tea Towels.
Please dry mop the floor. This should hopefully ensure that the hall is ready for the next party, which might only half an hour later.
